We had a comfy stay at Casa Lina, thanks to Francesca's helpfulness with our luggage! The room was clean, but getting up 30 steps with bags was a workout. Traffic noise was a bit disruptive at night, though.

stair trouble

stayed here for one night and the breakfast was supposed to be served, but surprise, surprise—no one bothered to show up! also, scaling 30 steps with luggage after a tedious journey was just delightfully horrendous. a complimentary gesture for enduring all this would’ve been nice, but apparently that’s too much to ask. absoluteley disappointing.

Francesca's warm hospitality really enhanced our stay, making us feel welcomed and supported throughout.

The 30-step climb to our room was quite exhausting, especially after a long journey—an elevator would be a vital improvement.

Very difficult access with 30 stairs to reach the room, noise from traffic almost unbearable at night!!! A lift would be a huge improvement, along with clearer Wi-Fi instructions!!!

This was a good pick for a short visit in Civitavecchia with value for price. The room was clean. The bathroom was nice enough. Make sure to be prepared for a lot of stairs when you arrive.

We had a fantastic stay with our kids and hubby! The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Federica, who went out of her way to help us get to the cruise port when taxis weren’t available. Spacious accommodations made our night easy and comfortable.

My kids wished for a quieter night without traffic noise.

staying at casa lina was a treat! francesca was so welcoming and helped me understand how to use the washing machine. the location was perfect, right near the city center, making it easy to explore. our family enjoyed a spacious triple room, and the warm hospitality really stood out!
